Noel was the President and CEO of Mediaquest, TV5, Cignal TV from 2013 to 2016. During this time he sat as a member of the PLDT Executive Committee and was a member of the boards of Smart Communications, PLDT International, Talas Intelligence Inc., Philippine Star, Business World and Phil Pop Foundation.

He was also the President of the Alagang Kapatid Foundation the Calamity Response Foundation of the PLDT/TV5 group. Before being seconded to Mediaquest, Noel was the Executive Vice President of Smart Communications and Head of the Wireless Business.

He is the former President of NutriAsia group (SEA Foods Inc., and UFC Philippines), the dominant condiments, catsup and sauces company in the Philippines, this was after a 20 year career in Unilever where his last post was Chairman and Managing Director of Unilever Malaysia and Singapore.

Prior to that he held various senior management posts in various regions and countries as Managing Director Unilever Philippines Home and Personal Care, Vice President for Oral Care based in Jakarta Indonesia where he was responsible for innovation and marketing mix of the various Oral Care brands of Unilever Asia, Africa and Latin America, Business Planning Director and Unilever Philippines and Marketing Director Unilever Shanghai Toothpaste Company in Shanghai China.

Noel has received numerous awards such as the U.P. Alumni Engineers National Achievement Award for 2016, CEO Excel Awardee for 2016, 1st Mansmith Market Masters Award 2015, Outstanding Chemical Engineer as awarded by the Philippine Board of Chemical engineers in 2014 and the EU Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Excellence Award in 2008.

Noel holds BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines and has attended a number of Executive Programs such as Emerging Leadership of Innovation Across Sectors at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Advance Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management and Finance for Senior Managers at Ashridge Executive Education Hult.

He is married to Gina Lorenzana with 3 wonderful children.

Jun has over fifteen ("15") years extensive experience in Retail Lending and Wholesale Corporate lending in Western Visayas Area, having worked in various large banks in the Philippines.

His last position in the Banking industry was at Banco De Oro("BDO") where he was Head Bacolod and Iloilo Corporate lending operations. At BDO, his loan portfolio grew from PHP10 Million (upon joining the bank) to PHP600 Million quality accounts with zero past due / delinquent accounts.

At present, Jun is Co-Founder and Managing Director of PEARTH Lending Corporation in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental which has twenty four ("24") branches all over Visayas and Northern Mindanao. Aside from his position in PEARTH, he concurrently holds the following positions:

• Executive Director of BACOLOD BOYS HOME FOUNDATION INC which runs Bacolod Boys Home that takes care of abandoned, neglected and orphaned street children.
• Member and Board of Director of Bacolod South Rotary Club
• Corporate Secretary of KEXIN VENTURES CORPORATION, a leading engineering company based in Negros Occidental (specializing in repairs of Sugar Mill boilers and accredited installer and contractor of Multinational company Spirax Sarco of UK, a leading consultant and solutions provider and expert in steam system engineering and customized equipment for sugar mills and energy companies). Customers include Victorias Milling, Central Azucarera De La Carlota, Roxol Bioethanol plant, Asian Acohol of the Lucio Tan Group, Biscom Sugar Milling of Jose Ma. Chan, Sagay Sugar Milling Corporation and Lopez Sugar Central.
• Tresurer of STONE CODE CORPORATION, an enterprise web solutions company.

Jun has a Bachelor of Science on Management Accounting from the University of St. La Salle Bacolod

With almost twenty two ("22") years experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Events Management, PR, media, and Advertising, and around four ("4") years in Corporate Law (particularly in Intellectual Property, Immigration, and Tax Law), Rod is an experienced regional management executive having worked in various regions across Southeast Asia.

He currently holds the following positions:

• Country Head (Philippines) for International and Regional Sales for global cable channels Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, TLC, Eurosport, Cartoon Network and Warner TV.
• Co-Founder, Director, and Corporate Secretary of PEARTH Lending Corporation, a micro-lending company that now has twenty one ("21") branches.
• Co-Founder, Director, and Corporate Secretary of HWRU, Inc., a company that advises and supports major companies in selecting the right HMOs for their employees and staff and assists in ensuring a good relationship between the companies and the HMOs they select.
• Board Member and Corporate Secretary of Stone Code Corporation, an enterprise web solutions company.

Previously, he held the following positions:

• Vice President for Sales for publicly-listed IT and Telco firm, NOW Corporation
• First Vice President / Head of Sales of Media5 Marketing Corporation, which is the Sales and Marketing Arm of the TV5, news website Interaksyon, Aksyon TV, Cignal, 92.3 News FM.
• Founder and Managing Director of his own advertising and marketing communications agency called Big Big Big Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia for Marketing Communications firm, TNBT Pte Ltd, a holding company based in Singapore, and which has 6 marketing communications agencies across Southeast Asia. In his role, he was tasked to manage 5 markets and 5 companies under the said group.
• Managing Director for TNBT’s marketing communications agency, Crush, in the Philippines. In this role, he was in charge of over-all operations, spearheading business development (securing of clients), finance, HR, strategic planning, PR, and marketing for the firm. He was also concurrently Executive Creative Director.
• Head of Sales and Marketing for MTV Philippines for 4 and a half years.
• Country Manager of IMG Philippines. IMG is the largest sports marketing company in the world. Rod was the head of IMG Philippines when Tiger Woods visited the Philppines for the first and only time.

Rod holds a Bachelor of Science, Management from Ateneo de Manila University. He is also Juris Doctor (Law), from Ateneo Law School (and finished in the upper 2% of the 1992 Bar Exams).

Merceditas Ledesma Nepomuceno has had more than 15 years experience in Customer Service,

VIP / Key Accounts Client Management, Business Process Outsourcing Services, Hospitality, Concierge, and Administrative Management and Services, having worked for Cathay Pacific (Hongkong), eTelecare (Philippines) Miele (Singapore), Marina Bay Sands (Singapore), and St. Luke's Medical Center (Philippines).

She's been in the lending business for more than 10 years.

Mayelyn is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Data Processing at University of Saint La Salle – Bacolod.

She has over two decades of experiences in various top Companies in the Philippines. She previously worked for:

• Ayala Life Assurance Corporation as a Customer Service Administrative
• Ayala Plans, Incorporated as Regional Office Cashier
• Jollibee Foods, Corporation as Administrative Assistant

She is one of the pioneer employees of PEARTH Lending Corporation and she started as Cashier when the company started Operations in May 2008, She holds the position of both Operations and Human Resource Manager from 2013 to 2024.

She is currently holding the position of VP-Operations overseeing the operations of the head office, including the human resource, accounting and collection and all the backroom operations of the 42 branches of Pearth.

She has been with PEARTH Lending Corporation for sixteen (16) years.

Leah has various experiences in the field of financing.

She holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Management from the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos.

She worked as a Loan Officer of Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF) for two (2) years and Loan Processor in Sonic Finance Corporation, a Real Estate and Chattel Mortgage company for three (3) years.

In 2008, she is one of the pioneer employee of PEARTH Lending Corporation. She handled the first Branch of PEARTH Lending, located at La Carlota City in the year 2009. She became an Area Head Manager of Area 1 with 10 branches.

At present, she is the Vice-President for Marketing of Pearth Lending Corporation and handles 42 Branches all over the Philippines from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Jose "Jomag" Magsaysay, Jr. (owns 22.6%) – co-founder of Potato Corner, now a global brand / company, is currently its Chairman Emeritus. Under JoMag’s leadership, Potato Corner was awarded the Franchise Hall of Fame in 2003. He was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016. In February 2019, JoMag became the first Master of Entrepreneurship graduate of AIM - Asian Institute of Management to receive the Triple A award, the highest distinction given to those deserving Alumni of AIM.

Solid background in Entrepreneurship and General Management, Brand Management for FMCG, Business Development, Digital Media, Marketing, Innovation, Product Development for Telecommunications, and Business Transformation for a National Television Network.

• Analie is a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management in Palawan Technological Institute in Puerto Princesa City in Palawan Island in the year 2001.
• After returning from Palawan to her home town in EB Magalona, Negros Occidental. Her first job in Mc Jade Mart as a cashier for 3 years gained her an experience that later on promoted as a Store Supervisor and stayed there for another 2 years.
• Her vast experienced in sales led her to be one of the pioneers in Pearth Lending Corporation as a Marketing Staff in Bacolod City. Later on, she head the team in opening the branches in Himamaylan in year 2010; EB Magalona in 2011 and stayed in EBM as Branch Manager until 2021. Her commitment and hard worked towards her job was seen by PLC, asked her to return to Bacolod in the head office. Now, she is the Cluster Head for Negros Occidental covering the Pearth Lending Branches in Bacolod, EB Magalona, Himamaylan, La Carlota, Binalbagan, Kabankalan & Isabela.

Cherry has various work experiences in the field of Accounting. She graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce majoring in Management Accounting at the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos in the year 2001.

Her work experience started as an Accounts Payable Clerk at the A.L. Ang Network Inc., then moved to Bacolod Sugbahan Chicken Inasal as an Accounting Staff for 4 years. She handles all processes with SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR, Payrolls, and all Bank Transactions to name a few.

She joined Pearth Lending Corporation last August 2016 as an Accounting Staff became the Accounting Manager in March 2023. Currently, she is now the Credit & Collection Manager in the Operation Department where she handles all 42 branches and more than 4,000 clients. She travels to different branches to conduct Operational audit, making sure all the branches are following company policies and procedures.
